1Nature of Services
All services provided by Aura Service App, including logo design, banner design, advertisement design, and app/website development, are digital in nature. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
2No Refund After Delivery
Once the service has been completed and delivered to the user, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered in the following cases:
- If the service was not delivered within the promised time.
- If the order was not started at all.
- If there is a technical failure from our side.
4Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the user changes their mind after placing the order.
- If incorrect details were provided by the user.
- If the user is dissatisfied without valid reason after delivery.
5Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the work has started. Once the work has begun, cancellation is not allowed.
6Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
